The Awards were presented by Diane Farrell, Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade, at the Herbert C. Hoover Building of the Department of Commerce. The “E” Award is presented to American companies that have demonstrated a sustained increase in overseas sales over a four-year period. Award winners are nominated by the International Trade Administration’s (ITA) U.S. Commercial Service, part of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
